Instructions for use:
- Ensure the temperature of the silicone and catalyst is at least 25 °C (if stored at lower temperatures, for example in winter, warm it by placing it near a heat source such as a radiator)
- Thoroughly mix the liquid silicone rubber with 5% of the provided catalyst using a spatula (e.g., 50 g per 1 kg of silicone) - Warning: from the moment the catalyst is added to the silicone, you have only 10 minutes to pour it onto the model to be reproduced
- Pour into the container where the object to be reproduced has been placed (secure the object to the bottom of the container with glue)
- Wait 5-6 hours for the silicone to cure (during this time, the temperature should remain around 25 °C - if the temperature is lower, the curing time will be longer)
To speed up curing, you can either slightly increase the catalyst percentage (up to 6.5/7%) or place the finished piece (silicone mixed with catalyst and mold) in an oven at 50/60 °C
