TERMS, SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

Invoicing in Italy

We issue invoices only to customers with a VAT number.

When registering or completing an order, you must provide:

VAT number

Certified Email (PEC) or Recipient Code (SDI) for electronic invoicing

or specify if you do not have one

In case of errors in billing details, you must contact us promptly via e-mail within 1-2 days of the order. After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to issue or modify the invoice.

Customers who do not provide a VAT number will be considered private customers. In this case, no invoice will be issued, and the transaction will be recorded in the fiscal records.

Invoicing for EU customers

Customers holding a VAT number, companies, or freelancers residing in an EU country other than Italy must be registered with the VIES system to be eligible for invoicing without Italian VAT.

The validity of the VAT number can be verified through the VIES portal.

During registration or at the time of order completion, the system can automatically check if the VAT number is correctly registered with VIES. This verification may take a few seconds.

If the VAT number is not valid or not registered with VIES, the order may be automatically blocked.

It is still possible to place the order as a private customer by creating an account registered as a private user and not as a company.

Shipping Cost

Shipping in Italy

The shipping cost varies based on the total weight of the products purchased.

The amount is calculated automatically after adding products to the cart and initiating the purchase process.

For orders consisting of multiple items, the shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the goods, not on individual products. This often allows for a more convenient overall cost compared to purchasing individual items separately.

For orders with a total weight exceeding 200 kg, the shipping cost may not appear automatically. In this case, please add the products to your cart and request a quote from the cart page.

We will send you a quote with the shipping cost, which you can accept or decline.

Shipping outside Italy

For shipments to foreign countries where the shipping cost does not appear automatically, please add the products to your cart and request a quote from the cart page.

We will send you a quote with the shipping cost, which you can accept or decline.

Depending on the destination, an additional shipping cost may be required if the destination country incurs particularly high costs applied by couriers.

For shipments to non-EU countries, the following are not included in the shipping cost:

customs fees

any duties

VAT of the destination country

These costs remain entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

Order preparation times

For all products available on the website, order preparation times are generally 1-2 business days, depending on the period and complexity of the order.

Orders are normally handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days of receipt.

The warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery times and methods

Italy

Indicative delivery times are:

FedEx: 24-72 hours

Poste Italiane: 24-72 hours

To check delivery times in your area, we recommend consulting the courier's website directly.

Sicily and Sardinia

For shipments to Sicily and Sardinia, an additional 1-2 business days should be considered on top of standard times.

Europe

Indicative delivery times for shipments in Europe are:

FedEx: 48-96 hours

Poste Italiane: 3-7 business days

For products not available in stock, an additional 4-5 business days may be required.

In case of urgent orders, we always recommend checking delivery times before making a purchase.

It is not possible to request:

mandatory scheduled deliveries

guaranteed delivery by 12:00 PM

Peak traffic periods

From Black Friday until January 10th, delivery times may significantly increase due to the high volume of shipments handled by couriers.

Any delays due to logistical system congestion are not attributable to our company.

Receipt of goods

Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify that:

the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document

the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet

If the package appears open, damaged, or resealed with courier tape, we advise against accepting the delivery.

Starting from January 2024, our warehouse uses control systems with barcodes and photographic recording of shipments.

Acceptance with reservation

It is always necessary to indicate the following statement on the courier's document:

"Accepted subject to inspection"

This statement is essential to be able to claim any compensation from the courier in case of damage caused by transport.

Without this annotation, it will not be possible to proceed with refund requests for transport damage.

Any problems must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Address correction

It is recommended to carefully check the shipping address before completing the order.

In case of an error, please contact us immediately.

In case of re-delivery to a different address or storage after two delivery attempts, the courier may apply an additional cost of €10 for re-delivery.

Returns and complaints

If you realize you have purchased an incorrect product, you can request a return by sending an email to:

An essential condition for accepting the return is that the packaging has not been opened.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed via:

PayPal

credit card, if used for payment

In the event that an incorrect or missing product is shipped, please send an email attaching a photo of the product received. In this case, the costs will be borne by us.

Complaints must be communicated within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping insurance

You can request shipping insurance by sending a request via e-mail.

The cost of insurance varies based on the value of the goods.

In the absence of specific insurance, products are insured by the courier within the limits provided by the transport service conditions.

Order confirmation

All received orders will only be confirmed after verifying the actual availability of products in stock and any pricing or quantity errors.

The management therefore reserves the right to cancel the order and issue any refund.

Prices

To get the best price, we recommend choosing the largest sizes when possible, as the cost per kilogram is generally more economical.

Many waxes are available in the following sizes:

1 kg

5 kg

20/22.68/25 kg

Larger packages normally have a more advantageous price because they do not include repackaging costs.

For example, a 20 kg box is generally more convenient than 4 x 5 kg bags.
