Loyalty Program
We reward your loyalty, order after order.
With our loyalty program, every purchase allows you to accumulate points and convert them into discount vouchers to use on your subsequent orders.
If you are a registered user, for each product purchased you will receive a certain number of loyalty points, indicated directly on the product page.
To ensure proper points crediting, remember to log into your account before completing the order or during the purchase process.
You can check your accumulated points balance at any time in your Customer Area. Once you reach the required threshold, you can request your reward directly from the cart page before completing a new order.

Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold Loyalty Levels
In addition to discount vouchers obtainable with points, we reward our most loyal customers with three levels that allow you to gain further benefits on subsequent orders.
Silver Level
Upon reaching €2,000 in total purchases, you will receive a 2% discount on all subsequent orders.
Silver Plus Level
Upon reaching €3,000 in total purchases, you will receive a 3% discount on all subsequent orders.
Gold Level
Upon reaching €4,000 in total purchases, you will receive a 5% discount on all subsequent orders.
Each new level replaces the previous one. The discounts of 2%, 3%, and 5% are not cumulative.
Discounts related to the Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold levels will be applied to purchases made by logging in with the registered account associated with the loyalty program.
Practical example: order of 100 kg of SP55 soy wax
The example below is for illustrative purposes only.
The price of SP55 soy wax used in the calculation is hypothetical and refers to the time of publication. It may vary in the future based on the cost trends of raw materials, transportation, and market conditions.
To know the updated price, it will always be necessary to refer to the product sheet on the website at the time of the order.
Let's take as an example an order of 100 kg of SP55 soy wax, corresponding to:
5 boxes of 20 kg
The hypothetical price of a 20 kg box is:
€106.56 VAT excluded
€130.00 VAT included
The hypothetical price of the wax is therefore:
€5.33 per kg VAT excluded
€6.50 per kg VAT included
The total value of the order, before discounts, is:
€532.79 VAT excluded
€650.00 VAT included
Quantity discount
Starting from 4 boxes, the quantity discount of 2%.
The total discount on the order is:
€10.66 VAT excluded
€13.00 VAT included
The total after the quantity discount therefore becomes:
€522.13 VAT excluded
€637.00 VAT included
The effective price of the wax drops to:
€5.22 per kg VAT excluded
€6.37 per kg VAT included
Loyalty points and discount voucher
With the purchase, the customer accumulates the loyalty points indicated on the product sheet.
Taking as reference the allocation of 650 points for the order and adding the 100 welcome points reserved for the new registered customer, the total balance becomes:
650 order points + 100 welcome points = 750 points
With 550 points it is possible to request a:
€10 discount voucher VAT included
The voucher can be used on a subsequent order. After redeeming the reward, the following will remain available:
200 loyalty points
The benefit earned with the first order is therefore composed of:
€13.00 immediate quantity discount
€10.00 discount voucher for a subsequent order
Overall benefit: €23.00 VAT included
Example for a Silver customer
After reaching €2,000 in total purchases, the customer reaches the Silver level and receives an additional 2% discount on subsequent orders.
Taking the same 100 kg order as an example, after the quantity discount the total is:
€522.13 VAT excluded
€637.00 VAT included
By also applying the Silver discount of 2%, the final total becomes:
€511.69 VAT excluded
€624.26 VAT included
The actual price of the wax therefore becomes:
€5.12 per kg VAT excluded
€6.24 per kg VAT included
The immediate savings compared to the regular price are:
€21.10 VAT excluded
€25.74 VAT included
The customer will also continue to accumulate loyalty points and redeem the related discount vouchers.
Example for a Silver Plus customer
After reaching €3,000 in total purchases, the customer reaches the Silver Plus level and receives an additional 3% discount on subsequent orders.
Taking the same 100 kg order as an example, after the quantity discount the total is:
€522.13 VAT excluded
€637.00 VAT included
Applying the Silver Plus discount of 3% as well, the final total becomes:
€506.47 VAT excluded
€617.89 VAT included
The actual price of the wax therefore becomes:
€5.06 per kg VAT excluded
€6.18 per kg VAT included
The immediate savings compared to the regular price are:
€26.32 VAT excluded

The customer will also continue to accumulate loyalty points and redeem the related discount vouchers.
Example for a Gold customer
After reaching €4,000 in total purchases, the customer reaches the Gold level and receives a 5% discount on subsequent orders.
Taking the same 100 kg order as an example, after the quantity discount the total is:

€637.00 VAT included
Applying the Gold discount of 5% as well, the final total becomes:
€496.02 VAT excluded
€605.15 VAT included
The actual price of the wax therefore becomes:
€4.96 per kg VAT excluded

Gold customers will also continue to accumulate loyalty points and redeem the related discount vouchers.
Attention
Accumulated points expire after 4 months of account inactivity.
To keep them active, it will therefore be necessary to place at least one order every 4 months.
Loyalty points, quantity discounts, and discounts for Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold levels are granted exclusively when placing an order with a registered account.
Discounts for Silver, Silver Plus, and Gold levels are not cumulative: only the discount corresponding to the highest level reached by the customer is applied.
The actual number of points awarded for each product is always indicated on the respective product sheet.
The prices shown in the example of SP55 soy wax are purely illustrative and may be changed at any time. The prices published on the website at the time of purchase are always binding.
