Acrylic resin hardener for plaster

GLOBALPLAST is a water-based acrylic resin (solvent-free) mainly used as a hardener to give plaster resistance
mechanics and water repellency.
The main features are:
• Makes the mixture more fluid and therefore facilitates pouring
• The product is much more resistant than traditional plaster products: using our plaster with this resin you obtain the same results as with the famous Jesmonite brand.
• Good water resistance.

APPLICATION AND HOW TO USE

GLOBLAST is supplied pure. We recommend diluting it with water in the ratio of 60% / 70% (e.g. 30g of
Globalplast + 70g of water).

Example :

Example for 370 g of plaster: I add 30 g of globalplast + 70 g of water
I can also use 50g of Globalplast and 50g of water. In this case, if the result isn't very fluid, you can add another 10-20g of water.

The plaster/powder must be poured slowly into the “Globalplast + water” mixture; mix well until
obtain a homogeneous mass and pour it into the mold.

Once the plaster has solidified, it can be applied by brush to the surface to increase the plaster's water repellency and achieve a shiny surface.



STORAGE

12 months in well-sealed original packaging, stored in a cool, dry place at temperatures between
between +5°C and +35°C.
