Microcrystalline wax (also known as plastic candle wax) can be added (for example, 5–10%) to paraffin to give the wax and/or paraffin greater plasticity, making it more flexible and softer.
It can also be used as a softening additive for vegetable waxes to prevent the formation of microcracks (recommended percentage: 2–6%).
The color is white/slightly ivory.
Packages of 4.7 or 23.8 kg (select the package from the drop-down menu).
Instructions for use: melt the paraffin to 85 °C, then add the plastic wax and heat until completely melted. Mix very well to blend the two waxes.
