Acrylic resin hardener for plaster

GLOBALPLAST is a water-based acrylic resin (solvent-free) mainly used as a hardener to give plaster resistance
mechanical strength and water repellency.
The main characteristics are:
• Makes the mixture more fluid and thus facilitates casting
• The product is much more resistant compared to traditional plaster: using our plaster with this resin achieves the same results as the famous Jesmonite brand.
• Good water resistance.

APPLICATION AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

GLOBLAST is supplied pure. Dilution with water is recommended at 60% / 70% (e.g., 30 g of
Globalplast + 70 g of water). 

Example: 

Example for 370 g of plaster: add 30 g of Globalplast + 70 g of water
You can also use up to 50 g of Globalplast and 50 g of water. In this case, if the result is not very fluid, you can add another 10-20 g of water.

The plaster/powder must be slowly poured into the “Globalplast + water” mixture; mix well until
obtain a homogeneous mass and pour into the mold.

After the plaster solidifies, it can be applied with a brush on the surface to increase the plaster's water repellency and obtain a glossy surface.
 


STORAGE

12 months in the original well-sealed packaging, stored in a cool and dry place at temperatures between
between +5°C and +35°C.
