In winter, if the fragrance is kept at temperatures below 25 °C, it may crystallize and solidify, appearing as a dense, viscous liquid with a white/brown color. Before use, it should be heated to 30-35 °C (for example, by placing it on a radiator) to return it to a liquid state; after liquefying, shake it if separation is still present.
